Appearance//
Vesperia, despite her age, actually looks like a child rather than a grown woman. Although over a thousand years old, she resembles an adolescent Human. With flowing silver hair and lowcut bangs, she has a stylized pair of "horns" done up in her hair. Vesperia also possesses eyes a bloody red in coloration. Finally, her skin is of a peachy-coloration.
What is more notable is Vesperia's true draconic appearance. A scaly winged leviathan, Vesperia's form is laced with midnight black scales that shine like polished mirrors. She has three sets of wings, having a total of six leathery wings that bear the thematic eye-like emblem of her World Reformation Army. Her maw is filled with sharp teeth and her claws are like wicked blades. Four ivory horns curve back form the brow of her head and two fiery crimson eyes gaze out amidst blackened whites and violet ringed irises.
Clothing/Armor:
Vesperia is one of the many Manakete that have an odd sort of fashion sense. Due to her nature as a Manakete, she is not concerned with thing like armor or even the normal fashions of Humans. Rather, she does wear a set of heavily armored gauntlets upon her arms, lined with snow-white fur and tipped with crimson claws. Her outfit in general looks like a child had dressed herself. Wearing an odd combination dress-cape, it bears a set of silver eyes across the chest straps and is black in coloration while having a red inner-lining and a snow-white fur collar. She also wears a black skirt as well as black high-heeled shoes, and a black mask with the same eye-like emblem emblazoned upon it.
Personality//
It is said that appearances can be decieving and in this, Vesperia might very well take the cake. This particular Manakete is stubborn to a fault, Vesperia won't quit until she achieves whatver goal she's set out for. And given her current goal is that of global conquest, she has developed a bombastic personality filled to the brim with enthusiasm, ambition, and charisma. Filled with dramatics born from her desire to follow in the footsteps of other great leaders, she puts her all into dynamic speeches and proclomations. From impassioned speeches about conquering the world to oddly dramatic words concerning a simple walk to the nearest town to visit a shop, Vesperia is filled with her odd sense of dramatics.
She strives towards always being as peppy and inspiring as possible, as she believes it is the foremost duty of a leader to be the idol for their loyal followers to believe in and follow the example of. In this regard, Vesperia actually cares a great deal about her followers and strives to know each and every single individual on a personal basis. She makes sure that everyone's needs are met to the best of her abilities and that everyone will follow her commands to the best of their abilities. Yet she is not afraid to lay down a firm judgement and to rule with an iron fist when the need comes. Though small in stature, her years have provided a sort of wisdom.

Worst Flaw: As mentioned before, Vesperia is hardheaded and stubborn. Once she has a set achievement in mind, it is hard to talk her out of it, even if it's something that will ultimately be more detrimental than helpful.

History//
As of this current year in history, the Black Dragon known as Vesperia Ludrenox has been alive for almost 1,300 years. Because of how Dragons age, she looks like an adolescent Human, however she is actually on par with Human adults in terms of her mental capacity and capabilities. Because of her advanced age, she has a wealth of history about her person. At over a thousand years of age, she's used it to travel the world seeing all sorts of sights in a different variety of locales. Whenever she arrived somewhere new, she loved to find out as much as she could about the new place she had come to find herself in. This meant that she was often curious about the history of these various locales. Over time she had come to hear many different stories about warrior kings and conquerors. Of liberators that rose from the masses to lead revolutions and found nations of peace.
Eventually it began to peak her interest so much that Vesperia longed to follow these examples. She desired to become a conqueror that could achieve the dream that many others had longed to obtain. That of global conquest. Vesperia sought to conquer the entire world and leave an impression that would last for all time. The conqueror of the world, the righter of wrongs. Her goal wasn't just conquest itself, but that of reformation throughout the lands. She would cast corrupt rulers down and rule with a fair, but stern approach. To this end, she has decided to start in the continent of Jove. Hovering around in between the borders of Solis and Lunae, she has been in the process of systematically hunting down bands of brigands to reform them as part of her World Reformation Army.
