The opposite of Upper Cael. This half of Cael is where many merchants and artisans come to sell their goods. While Lower Cael is by no means horribly poor, it is filled with commoner families. Bonfires fill the streets to light the way for nighttime travelers and to more easily capture criminals.

Cael

Cael is the most wealthy city in Solis, existing as a center of government as well as an elaborate center of trade. It is a symbol of the uppermost social class, despite the fact that many merchant families also live at its southern tip. The city is placed beside a wide river that leads out to sea.
